LEATHER GOODS WARRANTY

Leather is a natural, durable, & flexible material. Each hide is unique with individual characteristics which may be visible on our products. These features may include small leather scars, creases, or variations in color, which are not manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects include rivets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on our products.

Repairs made for manufacturing defects are subject to the availability of necessary parts and materials. We will make every effort to match the original color and style of your product, however, cannot guarantee that repaired items will be an exact match of the original look. 

Please note, our one-year warranty from purchase date only covers leather goods purchased through the S-ZONE website or S-ZONE Amazon store. If your product was purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly. Our warranty does not cover any damage that may be incurred to personal contents stored within your s-zone bag or product.
